Synopsis

Shalla Bal has arranged travel to Earth to find the Surfer. She has the help of the evil scientist Yarro Gort. He only agrees to take her if she will wed him if the Surfer is not found or has given his love to another.Meanwhile, the Silver Surfer decides to dress as a human and walk with them once again. He travels to a war torn country in South America. He is attacked by some militia on the street and is assisted by a resident named Donna Maria Perez. She hides the Surfer in her home with her mother.Donna Maria is taken prisoner by the leader of the militia. The Surfer goes to rescue her and does so easily. As thanks, she gives the Surfer a kiss. But this is seen by Yarro Gort and Shall Bal, and she believes the Surfer has a new love.
